Our training programs are designed to improve your overall health. Whether you train for the marathon or for fitness, we categorize your training in various levels. While the training exercises and runs remain the same for all programs, the intensity level varies.



FITNESS TRAINING

At Striders, we offer training programs specific to each individual’s capabilities. Every individual undergoes a build-up stage and his/her fitness levels are determined. We then hold discussions to understand each person’s capabilities and their training purposes. Based on all these factors, we determine their workouts and fitness training programs.
Our fitness training programs are aimed to bring about a lifestyle change in the individual’s life. We help each individual to gauge and understand their true potential, and strive to transform them to their optimum fitness level.

MARATHON TRAINING

Marathon training is not just limited to one event; it’s a life-changing experience. Several of our individual clients, who joined our team to train for one marathon events, are now a part of Striders. Running brings about such a rejuvenating change in you that once you start running, you would find that you cannot stop.
We train enthusiasts for half marathon and full marathon. We train in groups outdoors in natural surroundings, providing you with the opportunity to connect with nature and to meet and associate with like-minded people.

KIDS TRAINING

Striders conduct kids athletics training programme. We at Striders aim at developing children talent in sports through this training and also aim to produce international level athletes and also work for the upliftment of Indian sports. Striders trains athletes who are representing the district at the state level competitions in athletics as well as in tennis, swimming etc.

Striders partner various corporates for their employee engagement program, as their fitness partner. Our corporate training program helps to turn the sedentary lifestyles of employees to active lifestyles, which would make them fitter and healthier individuals.
In addition, such programs aim to provide a means of stress-busting for employees. It also promotes team building and team management.

We follow a systematic and scientific approach to training. Any new joinee, looking for any level of training, regardless of their prior running experience goes through build-up stage, which is conducted to determine their fitness level.



COMPLIMENTARY TRIALS

We provide free training sessions for 1-2 weeks (comprising 3 to 4 sessions) as complimentary trials. You can avail these free sessions to become acquainted with the training routines, the nature of training and our training process. Based on the complimentary trials, you can continue your training with our group.
