Striders is a fitness training group that helps enthusiasts run for fitness and competition.
Striders follows established principles and practices of athletics for training. We also train those not particularly keen on running, where the emphasis is on physical fitness. Our holistic approach ensures that all individual body types, ages, and health conditions are taken into consideration.
