T3 – Train the Trainers Program
To ensure that Striders trainers across India follow this code of conduct, we carry out annual trainers meetings. Every year, Striders trainers from all the cities in India come together at one place. The trainers are then instructed on the training methodologies.
Apart from this, we also carry out regular visits to all the Striders locations in India to ensure that the professional training principles and methodologies are followed by all Striders trainers
